203(k) Consultation
We will arrange a meeting at the property with the home buyer and the contractor (if applicable) if selected previously, to make sure the paperwork is acceptable and is prepared accurately. The Consultant will provide the following required 203(k) documents:
Fee as per Cost of Repairs
$400.00 for repairs up to $7,500
$500.00 for repairs $7,501 to $15,000
$600.00 for repairs / $15,001 to $30,000
$700.00 for repairs / $30,001 to $50,000
$800.00 for repairs / $50,001 to $75,000
$900.00 for repairs / $75,001 to $100,000
Repairs over $100,000 the fee is $1,000.00
Feasibility Study $200.00
